 FEE SCHEDULE

Below is a schedule of fees for the service we provide.  At this time, we accept payment through Montgomery County LISS and TriCare.  Several families have been successful in receiving reimbursement through private insurance companies.  We are happy to work with you in any of these processes.

Upon developing a treatment plan, a therpist will meet with your child on a regular basis to deliver instruction, collect data, and adjust programming as needed.  

 

With Board Certified

Behavior Analyst ................... $25 per 15 minutes

With supervised 

paraeducator ....................$18.75 per 15 minutes

For families who need assistance with specific behavior interventions, a therapist will meet with you on a regular basis to observe you interacting with your child.  You will practice new behavior interventions and work with the therapist to improve your skills.

 

With Board Certified

Behavior Analyst ................... $25 per 15 minutes

Educational Consultation

Students who attend school, work with related service providers, or even participate in a sport or club often benefit from wrap-around services.  We will conduct an observation in these other locations and make recommendations to the service providers.  We are also able to offer training as needed.

For families that already have an ABA program in place, we are able to conduct team meetings, keeping all your therapists on track and well trained.  You will receive an electronic copy of consultation notes within 10 days of the consult.  Consultations are typically scheduled every 6 weeks and last 3-5 hours.

 

With Board Certified

Behavior Analyst ................... $25 per 15 minutes

There is no charge for the initial meeting.  If you would like to arrange services with us, we will conduct an Initial Evaluation, which includes the following:

  • Three hour home visit and observation

  • One hour school observation

  • One hour observation in additional setting

  • Assessment using ABLLS or VB-MAPP

  • Observation summary and report

  • Treatment plan

 

Total cost ............................................ $700

Additional Information

  • Any phone call or follow-up email lasting longer than 15 minutes is billed at the therapists normal hourly rate.

  • Following any observation, you will receive a written summary with recommendations within 10 days of the observation.  Written reports are billed at the normal hourly rate, not to exceed $75.00

  • Treatment plans and assessment reports are billed at a flat rate of $75 per report.

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Because sessions are booked well in advance, we adhere to a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Any sessions canceled with fewer than 24 hours notice will be billed at the regular rate for the length of the schedule session.
